The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all legal transactions concluded in person, in writing, by telephone or in the online shop www.noserlight.ch with NOSER LIGHT AG (hereinafter referred to as "NOSER LIGHT").

Products, prices and terms of payment and delivery

The products and services offered by NOSER LIGHT are aimed exclusively at customers whose place of residence or registered office is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Deliveries are made to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Deliveries abroad require the written consent of NOSER LIGHT. Shipping or freight costs shall be borne by the customer. The sales prices published by us (recommended retail price - RRP) are final prices (recommended retail price - RRP), which include all taxes (in particular VAT) and any advance recycling fees (ARF). The prices published confidentially for corporate customers and dealers are purely net, excl. VAT, excl. advance recycling fees (ARF). The confidentiality of this information must be guaranteed by the corporate customers and/or dealers at all times. NOSER LIGHT may refuse and/or exclude access to the online dealer portal or to any information and/or information on net prices at any time, without prior notice and without giving reasons.


Both prices, sales price (RRP) and net prices are understood to be excluding/excl. costs for packaging, postage/delivery costs, any customisation, small quantity and/or transport surcharges.

In the case of customised products, we reserve the right to deliver more or less depending on the manufacturing result. Dispatch shall be at the expense and risk of the customer. NOSER LIGHT shall choose the mode of dispatch. Orders

For cost reasons, we cannot fulfil deliveries below CHF 50 net. However, the goods can be ordered and, if confirmed by NOSER LIGHT as available from stock, collected from the NOSER LIGHT site in Zwillikon.


Postage and freight costs

Deliveries are free of postage for private customers from CHF 350 net, and free of postage for business customers from CHF 500 net, in each case franco domicile (valley station). Excluded from this are consignments from 30kg, bulky goods consignments that exceed 120 x 60 x 60cm, the maximum belt dimension of 400cm, consignments that are smaller than 15 x 11 x 1cm and/or dispatch via lorry/forwarding agent. Shipping costs will be charged at a flat rate by arrangement. NOSER LIGHT reserves the right to change the prices (RRP and net prices) of the products and services offered at any time and without prior notice.

NOSER LIGHT expressly reserves the right to require payment in advance and/or immediate payment when ordering. NOSER LIGHT also expressly reserves the right to carry out a prior credit check on customers. Orders may be rejected without justification.


Means of payment

The payment methods listed in the online shop under "Payment methods" are available.

In the case of payment by credit card or other instant payment methods, the amount is debited when the order is placed. Any payment method fees that may be charged by NOSER LIGHT will be detailed in the order process.

In the case of products that have to be ordered from one of our partners / manufacturers at the customer's request, the external order will only be placed once payment has been received from the customer. Delivery dates

The stated delivery dates are non-binding. We accept no responsibility or liability for delivery delays or delivery restrictions caused by force majeure, strikes, operational disruptions, etc. for which we are not responsible. They do not entitle the customer to cancel orders placed or to claim damages of any kind. The customer must check delivered or collected products immediately for correctness, completeness and delivery damage. In the case of forwarding deliveries, any delivery damage must be noted on the delivery note. The customer may not put a defective or damaged product into operation. The customer must keep it as received in its original packaging and then make it available to NOSER LIGHT, franco domicile NOSER LIGHT, for inspection in accordance with NOSER LIGHT's instructions. If the inspection of the goods shows that there is a manufacturing or material defect, NOSER LIGHT shall, at its discretion, either replace the goods or issue a credit note. Any further warranty or compensation payments are expressly excluded. In particular, no costs for return despatch, disassembly and reassembly shall be assumed.


Complaints

Complaints can only be considered within 5 calendar days of receipt of the goods. Delivery damage, incorrect and incomplete deliveries must be reported to NOSER LIGHT within 5 calendar days from the

Guarantee services and returns

In principle, there is no right of return. The customer requires the consent of NOSER LIGHT for return shipments. For return shipments in the original packaging, the customer will be charged a flat-rate compensation of 20% of the invoice amount, but at least CHF 25, for our expenses. Goods that are not in their original packaging or have already been used and/or assembled cannot be returned. Customised orders and special designs cannot be returned either. NOSER LIGHT or the retailer guarantees that the ordered product is free of defects and functional for 2 years after delivery by NOSER LIGHT or collection from NOSER LIGHT. The warranty period shall continue irrespective of the provision of any warranty services.

The customer/buyer must ensure an optimal operating environment (fault-free mains power supply, etc.) and faultless, professional commissioning or installation in accordance with the relevant safety regulations.

NOSER LIGHT or the dealer can choose to honour the warranty by

Agreements that deviate from these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) must be confirmed in writing by NOSER LIGHT AG.

By placing an order, the customer declares that he is aware of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery and recognises them without reservation.

These terms and conditions of sale and delivery replace all previous ones.
